Flat Roofs – Many Pinecrest residential properties as well as commercial roofs along US 1 feature flat or low-slope sections that require specialized engineering. We install mainly multi-layer BUR insulated flat roofs for heavy duty performance. To prevent water accumulation, we design custom tapered insulation systems. This ensures proper drainage and strict compliance with the local 48 hour ponding rule, which requires standing water to dissipate within two days to protect structural integrity. We shoot for 24 with our designs.
